Tim is a true professional who made us feel like we were in good hands at every stage of the home buying process. He’s even keeled, knowledgeable, patient, a dogged negotiator, and a pleasure to deal with. As first-time buyers working in a tight time frame, we felt overwhelmed getting started, but Tim answered all of our questions and made it all feel manageable. Ann was incredible. She understood my needs and what and where I was looking to move to. The property I purchased felt like it was meant to be. The property had just gone on the market, Ann sent the listing to me and when I said I was interested in it, she was able to arrange a showing that afternoon. She guided me through making an offer, and helped me understand the next steps. She kept me informed the whole time so I knew what to expect. Communication is very important to me, and Ann kept the channel open. I would use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She is top notch.
