Tim Nolan is the best realtor my boyfriend and I could not have received anyone better. We are first time home owners and he made the whole process as easy as possible. Barbara was fantastic! My wife and I found ourselves very informed about the process and we were completely comfortable with her. We ended up buying the first house we looked at and are completely satisfied. She even kept in touch after the closing to make sure everything had gone well. We'd highly recommend her!

Barbara did an amazing job representing us while we purchased our home from out of state. To say she went above and beyond is a massive understatement. She proactively went to the township to get the survey on record, provide excellent feedback on next steps and vendors that I was engaging, she was on site several times for various inspections and walk throughs. She did a skype walk through after seller and cleaning crew vacated the home, to insure I found the conditions acceptable. I could go on and on... I am in the commercial real estate business and was completely impressed with how knowledgeable Barbara is, and how thorough a job she did. I highly recommend Barbara, you will be in good hands!
